I began my career in the appraisal industry in 1987, working alongside my father, David L. Gagnow, at DLG Inc. Following the acquisition of my license, I became a partner and we rebranded our business as Appraisal Consultants, LLC.
Upon graduating from New London High School in 1989, I received foundational training in business operations and initial appraisal education under the guidance of my father, a respected national instructor. I later earned an associate degree through the University of Wisconsin system, further solidifying my expertise in this field.
With 35 years of extensive experience, I have appraised a diverse range of property types and take great pride in addressing complex valuation challenges. Currently, I hold a license as a certified general real estate appraiser in Wisconsin, full compliance, with comprehensive Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage.
